Good night after 25 hour flight from NZ and 3 hr train delay from Paris

Proximity to station, checkout midday, pool and hammam. And breakfast

Paper cups rather than crockery. Hammam not heated up at 7am booking. Croissants at breakfast small, and not fresh.

Nice modern property, good facilities, good room service options.

Modern clean room, no complaints. Iced tea and snacks at check-in. All-day limited room service menu available, good food. There was no instant regular espresso so I asked downstairs for the next morning. The desk person couldn't find any so he told me he worked overnight and he'd get some and leave it outside our door. We found it there as promised!

No complaints at all. Nice business-oriented hotel.

Great hotel in the city centre

Everything was great. The safety box in the room wasn't working when we arrived but the staff fixed it really quickly. The breakfast was very good and I really appreciated the generous opening hours for the breakfast. You could have breakfast until 12 in the weekend :) Location can't be much better. The lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Great room & facilities!

Comfortable beds, powerful shower, large TV, kettle in the room. Good amount of storage. ‘Rituals’ toiletries available me in the room too. The spa was good - separate steam room and jacuzzi in the swimming pool.

The room would benefit in having a small fridge.

Neat and clean hotel

The first thing we noticed when we arrived at the hotel and in the room was the cleanliness. Although it was summer and very hot, the room welcomed us pleasantly cooled. It is very quiet in the room even though the hotel is located near the train station. We had a spacious walk in shower in the room. We received a Nespresso coffee machine upon request for use in the room.

The receptionists were busy handling administration and paperwork during peak check-out time, so guests waited unnecessarily. I personally find it very unprofessional when the staff ignores the guests when it is usual for the guests to need something, for example when it is the final check out time. There are a lot of unnecessary stairs and doors in the hotel. Especially when coming from the garage to the lobby where the hotel reception is, and in the corridors where the rooms are. Although it is declared as a SPA hotel, the jacuzzi was not working and it seems that it has not been available to hotel guests for a long time. The parking lot is very busy and tight.

Hotel location is within walking distance to certer and train station. Clean room and decent size

Junior suite with duplex room type is quite hot on upstair. A/C is equipped on living room, so A/C works well on downstair. Master bedroom upstair is provided with fan only.

Good place to stay for train bus station.

The spa using the pool and steam room . We got evening meal that was nice. With not speaking french the waitress and waiters did their best . Very nice hotel food/ breakfast. Breakfast is self serving . Shower was good Also. Loction is 5 min walk to train bus station. If visiting St mont michel.

Not much sign wise for pool . And the room was a bit cold.

Excellent.

The staff was very friendly as a family. The restaurant was like a starred restaurant. Excellent cleanliness.

Too much gas smell in the access ramp to the underground car park.

Incredibly comfortable stay. We will come to stay again.

Family Room had a an excellent layout, very spacious. Really liked the upper level for space for us and two children.

We had dinner in the restaurant, mostly very good however I was unhappy with an undercooked steak. Staff very obliging to cook it some more, however I really didn't enjoy it. No fault of staff or service, just a a bad dinner choice.

We only used this hotel to drop off a rental car and catch a train the next day, and for that purpose, it was fine. I appreciated the tray of free goodies next to the reception with delicious apple juice and local pastries. Bright room with 2 large windows.

The spa is very small and it was a hassle to have to remember to book it in advance. Reception is a few steps above street level and you have to use a very slow open lift if you have luggage.

Not far from the centre

Decoration is updated and spa included (bring your cap!). Breakfast was very good. Rituals shampoo and gel.

Views not good. My toilet was not very clean and the dryer did not work. They just leave sone decaf and no cream or sweetener. So a bit incomplete compares to other Novotels I have been to.
